VISANG announced on December 11 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with EdTech company GlobePoint to expand the digital education ecosystem of its global learning platform, AllviA CL, and to strengthen cooperation across domestic and international markets.

Through this partnership, the two companies aim to respond to the rapidly growing demand for platform-based digital education in classrooms worldwide by combining their core competencies to advance a scalable EdTech ecosystem.

The collaboration centers on integrating VISANG’s AI-powered, SaaS-based unified platform AllviA CL with GlobePoint’s immersive XR, VR, and AR content to enhance platform competitiveness. Areas of cooperation include integrating GlobePoint’s content into AllviA CL, jointly developing and piloting new business initiatives, and conducting joint research and development of platform-based education services and new digital content.

AllviA CL is an AI-driven education platform that integrates essential digital classroom functions, including AI, video solutions, e-learning, LMS, and smart learning tools, into a single environment. By organically connecting learning, management, and feedback, the platform enables more efficient class operations. In particular, it enhances instructional efficiency by integrating the AI-based conversational learning solution AI Speak 2.0 with the AI Teaching Assistant Agent, which provides personalized Q&A and e-learning recommendations based on actual class content.

GlobePoint is an EdTech company that has delivered immersive XR, VR, and AR-based content across a wide range of curricular and extracurricular areas, including science, mathematics, safety, character education, and career exploration. The company operates a metaverse-based education platform that offers highly immersive learning experiences through 3D virtual classrooms and practice labs.

Cho Sang-yong, CEO of GlobePoint, said, “Through this MOU, we expect the combined strengths of our technologies and content to create meaningful synergies and deliver more innovative learning experiences in both domestic and global education markets. It is particularly meaningful that this partnership presents a practical collaboration model among Korean EdTech companies with a shared goal of expanding overseas. Given the challenges of entering global markets independently, collaboration among proven domestic companies is essential. We hope this MOU will serve as a starting point for expanding K-EdTech exports.”

Rho Joong-il, CEO of VISANG Global Company, stated, “We plan to grow AllviA CL into a central hub of the domestic and global EdTech ecosystem. From K-12 to higher education, lifelong learning, and workforce training, we aim to provide AI-based education platform infrastructure across all learning environments while fostering an ecosystem where EdTech companies, content providers, and educational institutions are connected and grow together. This partnership with GlobePoint marks a meaningful first step toward expanding globally together with Korean EdTech companies.”
