VISANG announced on December 15 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hanoi Education Investment and Development JSC (HEID) to drive AI-based education innovation in Vietnam.

HEID is an affiliate of Vietnam Education Publishing House (VEPH), Vietnam’s education publisher, and produces and publishes textbooks for selected subjects while also developing and providing reference books and digital learning materials.

Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly drive Vietnam’s digital transformation of curriculum-based education by leveraging AI and education platform technologies, and will research and develop a generative language model specialized for education (sLLM). The partnership will begin with the development of digital content and AI solutions based on Korean language textbooks in Vietnam, and will expand over the mid to long term to cover major subjects across the curriculum.

The collaboration areas include the digitization of Vietnam’s public school curriculum, production of Vietnamese-language online courses, development of AI-based educational content, expansion of AI EdTech platforms, and joint research and development of an education-specialized sLLM.

This partnership aligns with the Vietnamese government’s ongoing policy direction for public education digital transformation and is expected to serve as a representative model leading innovation in Vietnam’s public education system.

Through this agreement, VISANG has established a foundation to formally introduce its global EdTech platform AllviA CL and AI solutions to Vietnam’s B2G (business-to-government) market.

AllviA CL is an AI-based SaaS (software as a service) education platform designed to integrate modular content across multiple subjects. In particular, its AI solution, the AI Teaching Assistant Agent, provides personalized Q&A and recommends learning content based on each learner’s level and curriculum.

Through the partnership, the two parties plan to train the AI Teaching Assistant Agent on Vietnamese primary, middle, and high school textbook content to enhance AI education services optimized for local classrooms, and to jointly develop a public-education-centered AI learning model that both teachers and students can trust.

Rho Joong-il, CEO of VISANG’s Global Company, said, “This agreement marks an important starting point for expanding AI-powered EdTech platform-based education innovation across Vietnam.” He added, “Together with HEID, we will jointly research and develop an education platform and a specialized sLLM and build an AI-based learning ecosystem that teachers and students can use effectively.”
